Payments:

Passion Automotive Accessories LTD. Accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders via PayPal. Sorry, but no checks or money orders will be accepted. You can pay with echeck through PayPal.

Sales Tax:

Nevada residents must pay 7.75% sales tax, which is computed at checkout. Orders shipped to customers outside of Nevada are sales tax free.

Shipping:

We ship our products using UPS, (United Parcel Service) ground, (Air shipments at an additional charge). If it is to be shipped to a PO Box, we will use the Post Office. If a customer enters a ship to address different than the bill to address, the customer authorizes Passion Automotive Accessories Ltd. to send purchased good to the specified ship to location and accepts full responsibility for package receipt at final destination.

Orders of in stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Once the item(s) ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery to you door.

Keep in mind that we are a Las Vegas based company and surrounding states like California, Utah, Arizona are generally 1 DAY shipping.

Cancellations:

Same Business Day*- Cancellation requests will be accepted if received on the same business as the original order was placed. Items already shipped cannot be cancelled; for such items please see our “Returns” policy.

Returns:

All sales through Passion Automotive Accessories Ltd are considered final and customer service must authorize a product return. Any request for returning a product must have a return authorization (RA) number issued by us within 7 days of receiving the product. Passion Automotive Accessories Ltd will only accept products returned in good condition and no products will be accepted after installation. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This charge will not be applied if the customer wishes to exchange the product for another of equal or greater value; (No returns on special orders). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all returns. Items must be returned within 15 days from the receipt of a RA; otherwise, the RA will be voided and the product will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns or COD returns. To obtain authorization, contact customer service at (702) 360-2008.
